By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Role of GetMyCruise

GetMyCruise acts solely as an intermediary facilitating bookings between users ("you") and third-party cruise lines, travel providers, and suppliers ("Suppliers").

We do not own, operate, or control any cruise ships or travel services. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Supplier.

Bookings & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and Supplier confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only after:
  • Payment (full or partial)
  • Issuance of a confirmation voucher/email
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking in case of:
  • Pricing errors
  • Technical issues
  • Supplier unavailability

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are dynamic and may change until booking confirmation.
• Prices are generally quoted per person unless stated otherwise.
• Additional costs may apply, including:
  • Taxes and port charges
  • Gratuities
  • Visa fees, insurance, and transfers
• Full or partial payment must be made within the specified time to secure the booking.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on:

• Cruise line
• Fare type

General Guidelines

• Deposits may be non-refundable.
• Cancellation charges increase closer to the departure date.
• Up to 100% cancellation fee may apply near sailing.

Refunds, if applicable:

• Will be processed according to Supplier policies.
• May be issued as:
  • Original payment method
  • Future cruise credit

GetMyCruise service fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Amendments & Changes

Any request to modify a booking (including name, date, or itinerary):

• Is subject to Supplier approval.
• May incur additional charges.

Certain discounted or promotional fares may not allow changes.

Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

• A valid passport
• Required visas
• Any necessary health or vaccination documents

Failure to comply may result in denied boarding without refund.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover:

• Trip cancellations
• Medical emergencies
• Travel disruptions

Limitation of Liability

GetMyCruise shall not be liable for:

• Acts or omissions of Suppliers
• Delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes
• Injury, illness, loss, or damage during travel

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount of service fees charged by us.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics
• Strikes or civil disturbances

Supplier Terms

All bookings are also governed by the terms and conditions of the respective Supplier. By booking through GetMyCruise, you agree to those terms.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Interfere with the functioning of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including logos, text, graphics, images, design elements, and software, is the property of GetMyCruise and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
