Flight Booking

Booking and Payment

Flight Booking:

Full payment for the flight must be made before we proceed with booking the flight.

Flight Booking Confirmation:

Once payment is received, we will proceed with the flight booking. If payment is not received, no flight bookings will be made.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Customer:

If you decide to cancel your flight after booking, cancellation fees may apply, and refunds will be processed.

Flight Cancellations by Airline:

In the event that the airline cancels or significantly alters your flight, we will assist you in arranging an alternative flight, subject to availability. However, we are not responsible for any costs incurred due to changes made by the airline.

Flight Itinerary and Scheduling

Flight schedules are subject to change and are determined by the airline. We do not control flight times and cannot guarantee any specific flight itinerary.

Travel Dates:

The flight service is linked to the specific cruise you have booked with us. Any changes to the cruise itinerary may result in changes to your flight booking.

If you need to modify your flight booking, we will assist with the rebooking process, but changes are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for changes such as rebooking fees, fare differences, or seat upgrades.

Travel Documentation

Passport and Visas:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation for your flight. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the lack of proper documentation.

Liability and Limitations

Our liability is limited to the provision of flight booking services. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect costs resulting from changes, cancellations, delays, or other issues caused by the airline.

Visa Terms & Conditions

Changes

No changes to bookings will be accepted after 12 hours of confirmation. GetMyCruise shall not be held responsible for any modifications requested beyond this timeframe.

Visa Processing

Visa processing and approval are solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy. GetMyCruise assumes no liability for delays, rejections, or any additional requirements imposed by the Embassy.

Compliance with Requirements

Travelers are required to adhere to all travel advisories and entry requirements of the destination country. GetMyCruise is not responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance with such requirements.

Visa Fees and Approval

Visa fees are non-refundable, and approval is not guaranteed. We advise travelers to secure visa approval before making any travel arrangements. GetMyCruise is not liable for any financial losses or inconveniences caused due to visa rejection or delays.

Applicant Responsibility

Applicants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted details and the validity of their passports. Submission of documents does not guarantee approval, and the Embassy reserves the right to refuse the visa application without providing any justification.

Agreement

By proceeding with the application process, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

eVisa Review

Applicants are required to review the attached eVisa document carefully. Any discrepancies must be reported to GetMyCruise within 12 hours of receipt.
