Carnival Glory Cruise Ship

The Carnival Glory cruise ship is one of Carnival's most recognisable and colourful vessels a 110,000 GT Conquest-class ship that has been delivering the signature Fun Ship experience since 2003. Famous for its vibrant colour-themed décor, rainbow LED atrium, and extensive entertainment lineup, the Carnival Glory cruise ship underwent a major dry dock refurbishment in April 2025 that expanded the casino, added a new Carnival Adventures Store, and refreshed the Piazza and Atrium areas with modern lighting. A further dry dock is scheduled for early 2026 for technical inspections and soft goods upgrades including new carpeting in the Amber Palace Theater.

As of 2025 and into 2026, Carnival Glory is homeported at Port Canaveral, Florida, sailing 3- and 4-night Bahamas cruises The Points Guy — making it one of the most accessible and affordable Carnival ships for East Coast cruisers departing from the Orlando area.

Carnival Glory is a solid, well-priced mid-size Fun Ship — best suited for travellers who want the full Carnival experience (Guy's Burger Joint, WaterWorks, Punchliner Comedy Club, Seuss at Sea, and live entertainment) on a short 3–4 night Bahamas sailing without the crowds of Carnival's newer mega-ships. Following its 2025 dry dock refresh, the ship is in better condition than it has been in years. It's particularly popular with budget-conscious cruisers, first-timers, and East Coast families who can drive to Port Canaveral.

Carnival Glory and Carnival Conquest are sister ships — both are Conquest-class vessels built in 2003–2004 at similar specifications (110,000 GT, around 2,980 passengers). The primary differences are their homeport, itineraries, and onboard décor themes. Glory is known for its colourful rainbow-themed interiors and sails short Bahamas itineraries from Port Canaveral.
